Responsible for assisting with customer request via telephone and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner.
Provides seamless service for any customer requests in accordance with established bank standards.
Online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking customer service and maintenance.
For new and existing accounts, performs various assigned tasks related to the bank's central file, account maintenance and new account processing.
Responsible for processing of electronic fund transfers for ACH and Wire processing.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Moderate typing skills and moderate to advanced computer skills with knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required.
Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Prior electronic banking experience preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
