WMH Senior Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician

Description Performs all of the necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs.
Provides guidance to maintenance mechanics.
Preference will be given to applicants with electrical background and/or certifications.
Minimum Requirements Requires:
Five years experience at a journeyman level in one or more of the following journeyman skills:
mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and/or electrical; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; The ability to communicate effectively; Ability to use hand and power tools; Ability to climb, crawl and perform physical labor; Valid PA drivers license.
